Kick-off with Many Resolutions

Today we adopted a whole series of resolutions with which we initiated the intensive work of the Election Committee:

• We requested the Voter List from the employer.
• We requested a mailbox from the employer. You can then use this mailbox to get in touch with the Election Committee. The presence of a mailbox is required by law.
• We determined what will be the office of the Election Committee. Since the Election Committee must work separately from the Works Council, we can only use the Works Council office to a limited extent. We have defined the corresponding conditions.
• We requested a lockable cabinet from the employer to store the Election Record. This is also required by law.
• We determined the order in which substitute members will be called upon.
• We determined the official logo of the Election Committee.
