  • Calculate minimum seats in Works Council for minority gender (in our case: female) according to §15 para. 2 BetrVG
  • Define timeline of election procedure
  • Make local arrangements
  • Calculate number of required supporting signatures for a Candidate List according to §14 para. 4 BetrVG

Constituting Meeting of new Works Council

The Constituting Meeting of the new Works Council ends the mandate of the Election Committee for the works council election. It is our final official act.
